Paul Corsaro

Founder

Paul has a B.Sc. in Movement and Sports Science from Purdue University (’12) and a MS in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University. His training philosophy incorporates concepts learned from kettlebell training, barbell training, movement quality, over a decade of outdoor climbing experience, and many more years of additional athletic competition and training, including some recent trail ultramarathons, with top ten finishes in 50k and 100k distances. In addition, Paul is a Strength and conditioning coach for Power Company Climbing, a rock climbing coaching group. Paul is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a UESCA certified ultrarunning coach along with other credentials.

Nadine Bahlke

Coach

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Nadine has been a coach for 5 years, and climbing for over 3. With a degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University, she brings motivation, knowledge and experience to the team at Crux Conditioning. In addition to in person coaching at Crux, Nadine is available for remote coaching through our Virtual Performance Plan.

Jackson Luberto

Coach

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Coaching at Crux since Summer 2024,  Jackson graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Kinesiology. A climber since 2019, Jackson has climbed v11 and 5.13. In addition to climbing, Jackson also enjoys running and has completed  one trail ultramarathon, with others on the horizon. In addition to in person coaching at Crux, Jackson is available for remote coaching through our Virtual Performance Plan.

Woodrow Murray-Wood

Coach

Woodrow has a BS in Exercise and Sports Science, and a Masters in High Altitude Exercise Physiology.

His passions for human movement and performance began early in life and continued as he trained competitively in Cross Country/Track and Field in Divisions I and II.

Currently, Woodrow trains, competes, and instructs Jiu Jitsu as his main athletic pursuit.

In addition to in person coaching at Crux, Woodrow is available for remote coaching through our virtual performance plan.
