We’ve got the equipment, you know what you’ve got to do. Our base membership allows full use of our equipment however you see fit (safety permitting) during open hours. A staff member will be available to answer questions if desired.
Random “whiteboard” workouts don’t work. Our classes are programmed on a monthly basis to improve specific qualities. These classes are held at set time periods throughout the week.
-Kettlebell Training: Based off of the “Hardstyle” kettlebell training system, we’ll be working on developing, applying, and increasing our strength, coordination, and explosiveness.

We also have a Membership + Unlimited Classes option
You’ve got a goal, and we’ll help you get there. This program supplements the basic membership by providing a custom strength training program for you to help you achieve that goal. Each program includes 2-3 workouts a week for 4 weeks, with a monthly meeting with a coach to reassess and tweak the program if necessary.
All of the above. Full access to the equipment, access to every single class, and a custom program for you to follow.
Available by appointment only, these sessions include a thorough initial assessment, custom programming, and 1 on 1 coaching for each session.
