Core Membership

 

Focusing on general strength and quality movement development, the Core membership is our group training plan. The programming includes a mixture of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight strength training, usually consisting of training cycles of 4-6 weeks.

 

The Core plan consists of up to 3 strength training sessions per week, with some additional options available for some general climbing training, such as basic finger strength and a bouldering session structure.
