Personalized, highly responsive programming specifically constructed for your needs, goals, and abilities.


This plan starts off with a 1-on-1 assessment, where we’ll look at general movement, test any strength measures that might be important for your goals, and talk about scheduling, structure, and the plan moving forward.


From there, your coach will create a training plan for you to follow in the gym with coaching. This plan is built completely for you, and will reflect your goals, target areas of improvement, and schedule. In addition to strength and conditioning work, sport specific training for climbing or running can be integrated with this membership. We’ll be monitoring every session to make sure we’re moving in the right direction.


In addition to individualized workouts, this plan includes periodic calls with your coach to discuss your training, answer questions, and make sure any events in the future are integrated into the larger plan.
